  • My order says delivered but I haven't received it.
    Should this situation occur, please contact your local post office with your tracking information. Be-U will provide your order tracking information and updates as your order is being packaged. We take pride and care in packaging your order however, after your package is received by the post office WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. However, we will work with you on a resolution should this occur.
  • What is your order cancellation policy?
    Once your order is placed, you have 24 hours to cancel your order. Any requests to cancel orders after 24HRS will be denied. When you order from Be-U, you are agreeing to our policies.

    Processing and shipping times are currently 2-10 business days.
